OUR MODERN COLLECTIVE

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are dissatisfied with any service, we will arrange a redo. Please inform us of your dissatisfaction within one week of your service date so we can address the issue. Once notified, we will correct the situation within 7 days.

  • Due to our stylists' full schedules and high demand for time, we require at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee, with your card on file being automatically charged. Please note that you may not reschedule a new appointment until the cancellation fee is paid.

  • For new hand-tied extension appointments, we allow a one-time reschedule of your initial appointment, provided you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to give a 72-hour notice before your initial appointment will result in the forfeiture of your $500 retainer. Additionally, to book a new appointment you will be required to pay the cancellation fee and a new non-refundable retainer.

  • If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you are choosing to forfeit your appointment time, resulting in its cancellation. In this case, your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This must be paid before you can reschedule your appointment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The policies outlined below apply to each of our service providers here at The Modern Collective. Additionally, each of our stylists at The Modern Collective may have additional policies, so please make sure to review the policies of the individual you are booked with.
